The Pokemon Go Defense Used In Southbury: Report

Playing Pokemon Go is not the reason the accused was charged by police.

SOUTHBURY, CT — Christopher Labrie, 32, of Jeremy Swamp Road told police he was playing Pokemon Go, which is why he was driving late at night to the Senior Center and Post Office parking lots Wednesday, the Republican-American reports.

Pokemon Go is not a crime, but possessing heroin and drug paraphernalia is, and Labrie was charged, the Rep-Am reports.
