An altercation between Southbury residents leads to charges; a man driving 30 mph on highway charged with DUI.
A domestic violence incident in Southbury led to multiple charges Sunday.
Randi Lynn Arbitell, 42, of 57 Charter Oak Rd. in Southbury was charged with disorderly conduct and 3rd degree assault and James Velky, 44, of the same address, was charged with disorderly conduct on Sunday March 25 at approximately 8:58 p.m.
Both residents were released on bond and are scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court at an unknown date and time.

Edgardo Caban, 25, of 64 Bishop St. in Waterbury, was charged with DUI and operating a motor vehicle at too slow of a speed, on Sunday March 25 at approximately 3:24 a.m. when state police observed him traveling at 30 mph in the right line of I-84 west in Southbury.

Caban was release on $500 cash bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on April 4.
