The incident allegedly occurred while the two were alone.

A Plymouth man was arrested last month and is being charged with risk of injury to a minor for kissing an 8-year-old girl on the lips, the Waterbury Republican-American reported.
John L. Wunsch, 77, worked at Plymouth Learning Center where he worked for the day care’s after-school program at Plymouth Center School. The incident allegedly happened on school property in a stairwell on April 28.
