Public Hearing Scheduled For Storage Buildings Proposal
The Southbury Planning Commission has scheduled a public hearing on the application.

The Planning Commission of the Town of Southbury will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South at 7:00 p.m. in Room 205 for the following application:
Application of Martins Aluminum Products, LLC (Tim Osborne) for approval of a Special Exception and Site Plan Application – Two storage buildings at 1100 Main Street South.
The Site Plan entitled “PROPOSED STORAGE BUILDINGS Prepared For MARTINS M/B/L 24-81-4 1100 MAIN STREET SOUTH SOUTHBURY, CONNECTICUT” (6 sheet) prepared by Stuart Somers Co., LLC dated September 10, 2018 and revised December 18, 2018.

The land is bounded on the North by land N/F Algonquin Gas Transmission, LLC; on the East by Main Street South (Town of Southbury); on the South by land N/F Bernice Scoville; and on the West by land N/F Bernice Scoville.
At this hearing interested persons can appear and be heard and written communications will be received.
