Racist, Anti-Semitic Graffiti Found In Southbury: Report
The incident occurred in Janie Pierce Park.

SOUTHBURY, CT — Racist and anti-Semitic graffiti was recently found scrawled on a bench at Janie Pierce Park in Southbury, and was painted over, reports the Waterbury Republican-American.
According to First Selectman Jeffrey A. Manville, the graffiti was written on the bench "a long time ago," and investigated by police, who believe it may have been done by adolescents. A rough date of when it was discovered was not disclosed, but publication writes that it was this summer.
The rabbi of B’nai Israel in Southbury was alerted about the incident, as was the Anti-Defamation League, according to officials.
