Sewer Rates Increasing by 73 Percent for Heritage Village Residents

More than 250 residents attended a meeting on Wednesday.

Heritage Village residents were informed this week that there is no avoiding a 73 percent rate hike on their sewer rates, reports Chris Gardner, of the Republican-American.

Gardner reports that 250 residents of the state’s largest age-restricted community, attended the meeting on Wednesday.

Rates could spike between $54 and $82 per quarter, the Rep-Am reports.
