Sleeping Man Charged With DUI In Southbury: Report

SOUTHBURY, CT — Manuel Munoz, 52, of Welch Street in Waterbury is accused of DUI after he was found asleep in his vehicle on Eagle View Road Monday in Southbury, the Republican-American reports.
The Rep-Am adds that it took some effort on the part of officers to wake Munoz.
