Southbury First Selectman's Car Damaged After Hit-And-Run: Report
A local man has been charged with evading responsibility, according to police.

SOUTHBURY, CT — Raymond J. Filakosky, 69, of Poverty Road has been charged with evading responsibility after he struck First Selectman Jeffrey A. Manville's parked BMW on May 10, the Republican-American reports.
The incident occurred at Parsell's Auto Service and Manville wasn't inside his car when the accident occurred. Filakosky did walk up to the First Selectman's car to look at the damage but drove off, the Rep-Am reports. Manville's car sustained damage to the driver's side door.
