The most recent closing took place at 400 Roxbury Road, where a 2,604-square-foot home sold Feb. 3, 2026, for $610,000. The four-bedroom, three-bathroom residence offered a traditional layout with ample living space.

A Jan. 31 sale followed at 16 Laurel Trail. The 2,178-square-foot home, featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms, sold for $545,000 after closing late in the month.

Also on Jan. 31, a 3,012-square-foot property at 120 Old Field Road changed hands for $695,000. The home includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms and was among the larger properties in the most recent group of sales.

A Jan. 30 closing occurred at 45 Heritage Village Unit B, where a 1,398-square-foot condo sold for $355,000. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit was the smallest residence among the latest sales.
