Southbury Man Charged In Fatal Crash: PD
The head-on crash killed another Southbury resident, police said.
SOUTHBURY, CT — A Southbury man was charged with negligent homicide after a fatal crash Nov. 8 on Old Waterbury Road, according to police.
Thomas Sherk, 79, was also charged with making an improper turn in the head-on crash, according to The News-Times.
The crash killed Elizabeth Ballard, 66, of Southbury.
