Southbury Man Dumps Pitcher Of Water On Victim's Head: Report

SOUTHBURY, CT — Joseph Woodworth, 58, of Fish Rock Road in Southbury was charged after he allegedly dumped a pitcher of water over a woman's head Tuesday night, the Republican-American reports. He told police he was "cooling" the victim down, the Rep-Am reports.
