Southbury Man Hired to Join Torrington Police Department
He's currently enrolled in the police academy in Milford.
Congratulations to Tyler Otis, 24, of Southbury and Brian Cugini, 22, of Milford, who were hired this week to join the Torrington Police Department, the Republican-American reports.
They have enrolled in the police academy in Milford. They will join the force in the spring of 2016.
