Southbury Officer Spots Pot Inside Vehicle, Owner Charged: Report

SOUTHBURY, CT — An alert police officer saw a sandwich sized bag containing a substance believed to be marijuana inside a car parked at 730 Main Street South Sunday morning and the vehicle's owner, Gregg Nicholls, 58, of Waterbury has been charged with possession of marijuana, the Republican-American reports.
