Southbury Police Investigate Several Vehicle Burglaries: Report

Police are investigating four recent smash-and-grab vehicle burglaries, including one at a dog park.

SOUTHBURY, CT — Police are investigating four recent vehicle burglaries in town, including one at the Southbury Dog Park, according to The Danbury News-Times. Police were called to the Roxbury Road Park at 6:40 p.m., Sept. 2, due to a suspicious person in a white van in the parking lot.

Police later discovered that a vehicle in the parking lot had its window smashed and items had been stolen.

There were three other smash-and-grab crimes between Aug. 24 and 30.
