The Southbury Public Library Youth Services department is thrilled to welcome back the chefs from Food Explorers. Winter is here and we’re getting cozy with a simple recipe for broccoli cheddar soup that you can make for yourself.

Food Explorers: Pretzel Bites – Thursday, March 11 at 5:00 pm live on Zoom. Food Explorers is back! Let's make dinner together! Join Katie, Registered Dietitian from Food Explorers to make Pretzel Bites! This recipe uses plain Greek yogurt to achieve a light and fluffy texture.

You’ll need the following ingredients: self-rising flour, plain Greek yogurt, baking soda, butter, and salt (pretzel salt if you can find it!).

This class will be conducted using Zoom. Participants will receive a Zoom link and credentials the morning of the program.

Registration required. Recommended for ages 7 & up.
