Residents are asked to approve a transfer from the fund balance to fund workers' compensation account and to purchase more salt.

Notice is hereby given to the electors of the Town of Southbury and those qualified to vote at a Town Meeting that a Special Town Meeting will be held on Thursday, February 19, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. in Room 205 of the Southbury Town Hall to consider and act upon the following:

A. Proposal to transfer the sum of $81,996 from Contingency to the Workers Comp. account ($16,829) and the Liability, Auto, Property account ($65,167); and

B. Proposal to transfer the sum of $253,000 from Fund Balance to the Highway Wages Overtime account ($60,000) and the Salt account ($193,000).
