SUMMER THEATRE CAMP WITH A PROFESSIONAL ACTRESS

STORY THEATRE CAMP
July 13th-17th 9am-12:30pm
Ages 6-9 $140

Spend the week exploring theatre through fairytales, storytelling, and imagination! Students will engage in a morning warmup, improv and drama games, themed crafts, theatre design work, and read a children’s book to act out. An informal performance of scene work and drama games will be presented to parents the last day of the session.

PERFORMANCE WORKSHOP SESSION
July 13th-17th 1pm-5pm
Ages 10-18 $155

This session leads the actor through the entire theatrical experience- from auditions to presenting scenes and monologues the final day of the session. Students will engage in a physical and vocal warmup, improvisation and drama games. A great experience for beginning actors, as well as those with significant experience. Interested students will leave with a monologue and resume review for auditions. An informal performance will be presented the last day of the session.

Camp sessions will be taught by Elizabeth Donnelly. Regional theatre credits include productions at PaperMill Playhouse, Hartford Stage, Vineyard Playhouse, Ivoryton Playhouse, Seven Angels Theatre, Stoneham Theatre, and WAM. NYC credits include new works at BMI, The Brick, and The Workshop Theatre. Proud member of AEA and SAG AFTRA. Founding member of CT based Equity theatre company, Fifth Letter Productions.
