The Pomperaug Health District, in partnership with the New Milford Department of Health, has scheduled a COVID-19 Pfizer booster dose clinic on Saturday, October 16, 12:00 - 2:00 PM at the Pomperaug High School, 234 Judd Road, Southbury, CT 06488. Appointments are required. All other COVID-19 vaccines will be offered at the clinic as well.

Those who need help scheduling the appointment can call Southbury Senior Center at 203-262-0651 or Southbury Public Library at 203-262-0626.

The Pomperaug Health District and the New Milford Department of Health are also offering clinics at John Pettibone Community Center in New Milford.
