- Southbury agreed to pay Don’s Landscaping $47,000 for a tree removal project on Jeremy Swamp, South Flat Hill and Scout roads. The road will be repaved.
- Southbury agreed to pay $10,029 for a new lawn mower for the Public Works Department.
- Southbury approved spending $319,284 for 3, 4-wheel drive road service vehicles which will replace older vehicles that are in disrepair.
- In June, $2.15 million in building permits were issued generating almost $21,000 in fees for Southbury.
