Two girls at the school say the male teacher allegedly has acted inappropriately with them.

WATERTOWN, CT — Stanley Mikrut, 61, a Southbury resident and teacher at Watertown High School, has been accused of inappropriate sexual conduct by two students, reports the Waterbury Republican-American.
Mikrut has taught at the school for 15 years, and one of the girls told police that he allegedly took a photo of her rear end, inappropriately touched her over her clothing and offered her money to kiss another girl. He is also accused of allegedly having inappropriate conversations about sex with the 16 and 17 year olds, and other sexually suggestive behavior.
He was arrested this week on two counts of fourth-degree sexual assault and two counts of disorderly conduct, and he has been placed on administrative leave.
