6 Southington Court Order Violations Lead To $250,000 Bond: PD

SOUTHINGTON, CT — A 22-year-old New Britain man remained in custody on a $250,000 bond Wednesday after being booked on 6 counts of violating a protective order in Southington, court records show.

His initial bind before an arraignment was $750,000.

The warrant for the arrest of Kyshawn Gunn dates back to Oct. 3, when New Britain police were investigating a separate incident involving Gunn and learned that was wanted for one of the violations after an altercation at the Motel 6 in Southington that same day.

He was also seen with a woman and small child he was prohibited from seeing at the hotel, police said.
