Southington Resident Scratches Off Massive Lotto Prize

SOUTHINGTON, CT — A resident of Plantsville walked into a local gas station/convenience store this week and walked out $100,000 richer.

That's because the individual won that lucrative amount playing the Pinball Wizard 2nd Edition scratch-off game on Tuesday, Sept. 15, according to the Connecticut Lottery Corp.

The winning ticket was purchased at the Maganti Oil Energy Inc. site at 956 West St., Southington.

Costing $10 to play, Pinball Wizard's maximum payout is $100,000, making the visit this week quite profitable for the player.
