Sept. 15

Victor A. Serna, 40, of Franklin Street, Hartford, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, violation of traffic control signals, and possession of a controlled substance at 10:15 a.m. He will appear in court Sept. 29.

John S. Pappajohn, 64, of Brainard Street, New London, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 3 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 29.

Sept. 16

Anthony Pulisciano, 34, of Main Street, Wallingford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 8:30 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 30.

Cameron Baptiste Maia, 18, of Mount Vernon Road, Plantsville, was charged with reckless driving, improper turn/stop, failure to yield to a pedestrian, failure to obey a stop sign, and first-degree reckless endangerment at 7:39 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 30.

Sept. 17

Peter DeMaria, 52, of Vermont Terrace, Southington, was charged with violation of probation at 9 a.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 30.

Sept. 18

Artur Wyluda, 37, of Pembroke Street, Bridgeport, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker/license/registration plates, theft of plates/inserts, and failure to insure a private motor vehicle at 4:23 a.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 2.

Deanna Maloney, 43, of Country Club Road, Southington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 2:30 p.m. She was to appear in court Oct. 2.

Emmanuel Caban, 22, of Harmony Street, East Hartford, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle on the sidewalk, operating a motor vehicle without a license, failure to insure a private motor vehicle, and second-degree reckless endangerment at 12:31 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 25.

Sept. 19

Raymond Robert Barnes, 19, of Trumbull Drive, Wallingford, was charged with disorderly conduct at 9:34 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 21.

Sept. 20

Robert Ralph Bowens, 36, of Hunt Hill Road, Waterbury, was charged with evading responsibility for injury/property damage, failure to drive in the proper lane, and operating a motor vehicle without a license at 6:26 p.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 2.

Sept. 21

Luis Edgardo Vega, 26, of Peters Circle, Southington, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, reckless driving, and failure to obey a stop sign at 9:54 p.m. He will appear in court Oct. 5.

William Thompson, 43, of Redstone Hill Road, Bristol, was charged with second-degree breach of peace (violence/threatening) and second-degree assault (strike/kick in head) at 10:40 a.m. He will appear in court Oct. 5.

Sept. 22

Jerry Wayne Tardiff, 34, of New Cheshire Road, Meriden, was charged with improper use of marker/license/registration, organized retail theft (less than $10,000), third-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, first-degree criminal trespassing (two counts), sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, and fifth-degree larceny at 10:30 a.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 22.

John Condelles, 43, of Main Street, Southington, was charged with interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest and disorderly conduct at 3:20 a.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 22.

Sept. 23

Donnell Clark, 54, of Compass Rose Way, Irmo, S.C., was charged with second-degree harassment (three counts), violation of a standing criminal protective order, and violation of a protective order (three counts) at 9:40 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 24.

Sept. 24

John S. Pappajohn, 64, of Brainard Street, New London, was charged with fifth-degree larceny at 11 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 25.

Lino S. Delossantos, 36, of Minthol Drive, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, operating a motor vehicle without a license, and sixth-degree larceny at 10:30 p.m. He will appear in court Oct. 8.

Sept. 25

Ramon N. Antonio-McLean, 34, of Third Street, Waterbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 7 p.m. He will appear in court Oct. 9.

Sept. 27

Matthew Aeden O'Connor, 33, of Hunting Hill Road, Woodbridge, was charged with traveling too fast for conditions, reckless driving, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and traffic control signals violations at 4:35 p.m. He will appear in court Oct. 9.

Robin Daniels, 38, of Flanders Road, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane at 9:54 p.m. She will appear in court Oct. 13.
