SOUTHINGTON, CT — Southington Water Department crews are continuing water main cleaning this week, with dozens of streets and their connecting roads potentially affected through Saturday, Oct. 10.
The department advised customers to check their water before doing laundry and said residents should excuse any temporary discoloration caused by the work.
Water mains will not be cleaned in any particular order because the schedule depends on weather conditions and staff availability.
