SOUTHINGTON, CT — Southington's open houses this weekend include a 2020 Lovley Development Colonial in North Ridge Estates with a two-story family room, a six-bedroom home with two primary suites, and a board-and-batten Cape with diamond-pane windows.

Two homes listed this week, each on a level acre, open at the same time Saturday morning, and a Plantsville owner is selling a home at the end of a cul-de-sac.

Six Southington homes, including one in Plantsville, are holding open houses Saturday, Oct. 24, and Sunday, Oct. 25, with prices from $425,000 to $1,050,000, according to Zillow.com.
