SOUTHINGTON, CT — Here are some recent notable accomplishments by local college students, as provided by readMedia Newswire.

Clemson University, Clemson SC

• Kamryn Lee Cochrane of Plantsville has been named to the President's List at Clemson University. Cochrane, whose major is Pre-Business, made the President's List for the spring 2019 semester. To be named to the President's List, a student must achieve a 4.0 (all As) grade-point average.

Dean College, Franklin MA

• Dean College is pleased to announce that Mollianne Delaney of Southington has earned a place on the Dean's List for the spring 2019 semester.

Lasell College, Newton MA

• Megan Palumbo of Southington, a Communication major at Lasell College, was named to the spring 2019 Dean's List. Palumbo achieved a semester GPA of 3.5 or higher with at least 12 completed credits to merit this accomplishment.

Stonehill College, Easton MA

• Hanna Gagnon, a member of the Class of 2021, and Cameron Clynes, a member of the Class of 2022, both from Southington, were named to the Dean's List for the spring 2019 semester. To qualify for the Dean's List, students must have a semester grade point average of 3.50 or better and must have completed successfully all courses for which they were registered.

University of Rhode Island, Kingston RI

• The University of Rhode Island is pleased to announce the spring 2019 Dean's List, which includes 18 students from Southington. To be included on the Dean's List, full-time students must have completed 12 or more credits for letter grades during a semester and achieved at least a 3.30 quality point average.
