The Blue Knights Marching Band kicked off their competitive season on September 16 and have been going strong ever since. On October 14, the band scored the highest score of the night and their highest of the season so far, at the Lyman Hall competition in Wallingford. They took home a 1st place finish and a score of 89.55. The Blue Knights are competing in the 6 Open Division for the 2nd year in a row. They will compete for 9 straight weeks, with a final competition at Nationals at the Metlife Stadium in New Jersey on November 11.
