Box of Child Porn Found in Southington Garage Contained 48 Images: Cops
A man has been arrested in Southington on a warrant for a child porn charge.

SOUTHINGTON, CT — Police said a man arrested on child porn charges last week was responsible for 48 images stored in a garage.
Police on Monday released more details of the case against Gary G. Termine, 52 of East Hampton. He surrendered to police on June 30 after learning of an active warrant signed for his arrest, police said.
He was processed and charged with illegal possession of child pornography in the second degree, police said.

Termine posted a court-set $100,000 surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Bristol Superior Court on July 10, police said.
The warrant alleges that, on April 26, the Southington Police Department was dispatched to a residence on Woodruff Street after a caller reported finding multiple photographs of child pornography in boxes in a detached garage.

A total of 48 images were located and traced back to Termine, police said.
