Southington Cadillac Ranch Owner Responds to Mechanical Bull Lawsuit
He didn't go as far to call the lawsuit a load of you know what, but said a lot of information is simply untrue.
The owner of the Cadillac Ranch said he is surprised by a lawsuit filed by a patron who got hurt after riding a mechanical bull in 2013.
Graham Nicholson, who owns the restaurant along with three others said the bull has been around for seven years, according to the Record-Journal.
He said the lawsuit filing contains a lot of information that simply isn’t true and that anyone who rides the bull must sign a waiver.
