SOUTHINGTON, CT — State police briefly closed a stretch of Interstate-84 westbound Monday morning because of a car fire, state Department of Transportation officials said.
The closed lanes were in the area of exits 33 in Plainville and 32 in Southington, according to DOT officials.
The fire was reported about 10:30 a.m., DOT officials said.
