Cedar Mountain culinary professional leads Cooking for One

BERLIN – For single people, cooking for one can seem lonely and confusing. Recipes are designed for many people and the work may not seem worth the effort. Learn tips and get ideas on making easy, healthy meals at a free program on Wednesday, Sept. 26, 1 p.m., at Berlin Senior Center, 33 Colonial Drive. Lou Roca, director of Dining Services, Cedar Mountain Commons, will present the program. Cedar Mountain Commons is sponsoring the event.
