Center for Healthy Aging presents Lunch & Learn re better eating

Hartford HealthCare Center for Healthy Aging free event looks at how better eating impacts quality of life. Sept. 13. RSVP to 1.855.442.4373

NEW BRITAIN – Eating the right foods can play an important role in feeling better and improving the quality of life. A free Lunch & Learn program, “Live and Feel Better,” will be held Thursday, Sept. 13, noon to 1 p.m., at the Hospital of Central Connecticut, New Britain campus, 100 Grand St., Lecture Room 2. Personal chef Paul Finney will lead the program, providing tips about eating well, healthy foods and meal preparation. A light complimentary lunch will be served. Hartford HealthCare Center for Healthy Aging is sponsoring.
