Center for Healthy Aging series focuses on keeping memory strong

Learn tips and exercises to keep your memory strong - free five-week series

PLAINVILLE – Tactics and information on maintaining a healthy brain is the focus of a free five-part series presented by Hartford HealthCare Center for Healthy Aging. The Healthy Brain: Keeping Memory Strong will be held Mondays, March 5 to April 2, 2:30 to 3:30 p.m., at Plainville Senior Center, 200 East St. Presenters are Patty O’Brian and Michelle Wyman, dementia specialists, Hartford HealthCare Center for Healthy Aging. Attendees are encouraged to attend all sessions.

The five sessions will cover the following topics:

March 5 – Intro: Eat Brain Foods and Stay Hydrated
