Center for Healthy Aging series focuses on keeping memory strong

The Healthy Brain: Keeping Memory Strong will be held Mondays, May 7 through June 11 by Hartford HealthCare Center for Healthy Aging.

UNIONVILLE – Tactics and information on maintaining a healthy brain is the focus of a free five-part series presented by Hartford HealthCare Center for Healthy Aging. “The Healthy Brain: Keeping Memory Strong” will be held Mondays, May 7 through June 11, 1:30 to 2:30 p.m., at Farmington Senior Center, 321 New Britain Ave. Presenters are Michelle Wyman, LSW, CDP, and Patty O'Brian, CDP, dementia specialists, Hartford HealthCare Center for Healthy Aging. Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions. Hartford HealthCare Center for Healthy Aging is sponsoring.

The five sessions will cover the following topics:

May 7 – Intro: Eat Brain Foods and Stay Hydrated
