'The Christmas House Co.' Among 49 New Southington Businesses Registered In September

SOUTHINGTON, CT — A company called The Christmas House Co. LLC was among 49 businesses with Southington addresses that registered with the state in September, according to the Connecticut Business Registry.

The company, on Laurelwood Drive, registered under interior design services.

Business types in the registry are chosen by the filers themselves and have not been independently verified.

Residential landlords led the list with eight registrations, followed by five general merchandise retailers.

Fifteen of the new businesses list addresses in the villages: nine in Plantsville, five in Milldale and one in Marion.

Other newcomers include GoParmer Public Adjusters on Michael Drive; Caroline's Kitchen, a bakery on Laning Street; Shining Star Entertainment, a fine arts school on Cobblestone Road; Collectors Haven Southington on Queen Street; and Savor Kitchen, a mobile food business on Oakland Road.
