Cooking for one can be easy and nourishing
Learn cooking tips for one from Chef Lou Roca at a free program on March 21, 1 p.m., Berlin Senior Center.
BERLIN – Cooking for one doesn’t have to be confusing or overwhelming. A free program on Wednesday, March 21 will provide tips and easy recipes for creating a delicious meal. This event will be held at 1 p.m. at Berlin Senior Center, 33 Colonial Drive. Lou Roca, director of food services, Cedar Mountain Commons, will demonstrate simple recipes and provide samples. Cedar Mountain Commons is sponsoring.
