Crash Cleared On I-84 In Southington: UPDATE

SOUTHINGTON, CT — A single-vehicle accident on Interstate 84 in Southington caused traffic headaches for motorists at midday Thursday, according to the state Department of Transportation, but it has now been cleared.

The DOT reports the crash was on I-84 East between exits 28 and 30, resulting in the closure of the right lane.

The wreck was first reported at 11:41 a.m., and it is now no longer listed on the DOT's incident report.
