
SOUTHINGTON, CT – The estate of a Bristol man killed in a car accident in April could be pursuing a lawsuit against the woman charged in crash, a Southington police officer, the Record-Journal reported.
Lawyers representing Brandon Caron’s estate filed an intent to sue on Monday, according to the story.
Krista Pikora, 26, of Southington, is charged with second-degree manslaughter with a motor vehicle, second- degree assault with a motor vehicle, driving under the influence, reckless driving and failure to drive right in the crash that killed the 30-year-old Caron.
