CT State Dental Association Welcomes New Executive Director
Kathlene Gerrity joins the CSDA after serving as Executive Director of the Connecticut Burns Care Foundation.

The Connecticut State Dental Association (CSDA), a statewide professional membership organization and constituent of the American Dental Association (ADA), is pleased to announce the appointment of Kathlene Gerrity, as the organization’s new Executive Director.

Kathlene joins the CSDA after proving herself as a dynamic non-profit management professional, having worked in non-profits for a number of years. Most recently, Kathlene served as Executive Director of the Connecticut Burns Care Foundation.
“I am thrilled to join the Connecticut State Dental Association. I appreciate the CSDA Board of Governor’s confidence in me, and I’m delighted to have the opportunity to lead such a great organization,” said Kathlene. “Over the next few weeks/months, I look forward to meeting all our current and future members.”

“Both myself and the CSDA Board of Governors are pleased to welcome Kathlene to the CSDA team,” said Dr. Mimi DeLessio-Matta, President of the CSDA. “She will be a great leader and we are positive that Kathlene will guide the association in the right direction through the years to come.”
As the Executive Director of the CSDA, Kathlene will work closely with the CSDA Staff and the CSDA Board of Governors, as well as other councils and committees to supports the professional success of the CSDA members and assists them in providing optimal care to their patients.
