Development Proposed for West and Curtiss Streets in Southington
A medical building proposal is on the table for West and Curtiss Streets in Southington.

SOUTHINGTON, CT — Developers have proposed a two-story medical building for the corner of West and Curtiss streets.
According to the minutes of the Nov. 21 Planning and Zoning Commission, Garry Capitanio of Tirrington-based Borghesi Building & Engineering said Trinity Health might occupy the first floor and the YMCA could put athletic training and rehabilitation on the second floor.
PZC members stressed that a more traditional building and not something "boxy" would be preferred.
