Dinner with the Doc: New options available for treating nerve pain

A free Dinner with the Doc, which will focus on nerve pain, will be held Thursday, Oct. 20, 5-7 pm., Arbor Rose, New Britain

NEW BRITAIN – A free Dinner with the Doc, which will focus on new treatments for nerve pain, will be held Thursday, Oct. 20, 5 to 7 p.m. Because chronic pain affects so many areas of a patient’s life, the Hartford Hospital Pain Treatment Center believes it takes a team of specialists from multiple disciplines to manage it effectively. Dr. Ricardo Taboada, of the Pain Treatment Center, will provide information about nerve treatment options, Calmare Scrambler treatments and what conditions can be treated with Calmare. This event will be held at Arbor Rose at Jerome Home, 975 Corbin Ave.
