A man who sold drugs to police in Southington has been charged, a report indicates.

SOUTHINGTON, CT — A man who sold drugs to police in Southington has been charged, a report indicates.
During the month of March, the Southington Police Department's Special Investigations
Unit received information that Glidden Ruberte, 32 of Waterbury was selling narcotics in town, according to a report.
Police then made three controlled purchases of crack cocaine from Ruberte that resulted in three arrest warrants.

Ar 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Ruberte was taken into custody without incident during
a parole meeting in Waterbury, according to a report.
Ruberte was charged with:

- 3 counts of the sale of narcotics
- 3 counts of narcotics possession
Ruberte was held overnight on a $145,000 in bond and was to appear in Bristol
Superior Court on Wednesday, policed said.
The arrest warrants were sealed at the time of Ruberte was taken into custody, police said.
