The Southington Public Library said Thursday it has run out of free eclipse glasses in the lead-up to Monday's big celestial event.
SOUTHINGTON, CT — Those in Southington looking to snag some of the Southington Public Library's free solar eclipse glasses needn't fret.
While all of the eye-saving glasses have been distributed for the eclipse on Monday, April 8, the library says it will have glasses in time for the next one.
Of course, those still interested will have to wait until May 1, 2079, meaning folks will have to live that long to get them.
