NEWINGTON – Life can be filled with clutter which can often be a source of stress. Learn how to get out from beneath the “stuff” and start making life more manageable with tips offered at a free program, Monday, Jan. 22, 2 to 3 p.m. This event will be held at Cedar Mountain Commons, 3 John H. Stewart Drive. Presenter will be Jeannette Westwood who guides, motivates and inspires people to transform chaos into calm, creating balance in their homes and lives.
