Ethics Code Revision Study Continues in Southington

SOUTHINGTON, CT — The town may use state guidelines to formulate a series of ethics code changes, the Record-Journal Reported.

According to the guidelines, appeals be beard by a Superior Court judge as opposed to the Town Council, according to the story.

The Town Council’s ordinance subcommittee began reviewing the ethics code and complaint process just before last year's election.
