Expected Snowfall Alters Thursday's Southington School Schedule
Weather forecasters are predicting as much as nine inches of snow will blanket the area Thursday morning.
SOUTHINGTON, CT — Due to an anticipated winter storm, classes have been canceled Thursday for all Southington Public Schools.
After-school activities are also canceled for the day.
The latest forecast from the National Weather Service predicts snowfall of five to nine inches, with winds gusting as high as 38 miles per hour.
