"Chloe has the calm, loving nature that only comes with age. She’s past the puppy chaos and ready to enjoy cozy naps, leisurely walks, and being someone’s loyal companion."
Animal control officials said Chloe is looking for a forever home "where she can spend the rest of her life feeling safe, loved, and cherished."
"She doesn’t ask for much—just a soft place to rest, kind humans to love, and a family who will give her the chance she deserves," wrote animal control.
Southington's animal control department made a good argument about why Chloe should be adopted.
"If you’re looking for a devoted, affectionate dog who will return your love tenfold, Chloe may be your perfect match," wrote the town.
"Please consider opening your heart and home to this special girl and giving her the happy ending she’s been waiting for.:
