First Baptist Church hosts trip to ‘Jonah’ and Philadelphia

First Baptist Church of Southington is hosting a two-day bus trip on April 21 and 22 to see “Jonah” at the Sight & Sound Millenium Theater and a visit to Philadelphia. Day One will feature a trip to Lancaster, Pennsylvania for an afternoon performance of the story of Jonah, a Biblical prophet who has a wild adventure while trying to elude God. After the show, dinner will be at Miller’s Smorgasbord, featuring American favorites as well as distinctive Lancaster County heritage dishes, and shopping. Evening accommodations will be at The Country Inn of Lancaster. Day Two will include a guided tour of Philadelphia.
