Food Truck Regulations Could Have Added Ingredients in Southington

SOUTHINGTON, CT — Town zoning officials are considering a few changes to the regulations governing food trucks, the Record-Journal Reported.

The matter has been prompted by a wave of permit requests, according to the story.

Food trucks were also discussed at an Economic Strike Committee meeting last week and some officials think permit fees might be on the low side, according to the story.
