Free program explores causes of anxiety and management strategies

Learn how to cope with the pressures of life: free program on July 18, Cedar Mountain Commons in Newington. RSVP to 1.855.442.4373.

NEWINGTON – As the world becomes more complex and life more harried, more people are feeling anxious and depressed. A free program, “How to Identify and Manage Anxiety,” will be held Wednesday, July 18, 3 to 4 p.m., at Cedar Mountain Commons, 3 John H. Stewart Drive. Presenter Laurel Regan, APRN, director of Behavioral Health, Hartford Hospital, will provide insights on causes and coping skills. Cedar Mountain Commons is sponsoring.
